CEOdecode is an offer from Blue Alpine GmbH, Rennweg 57, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland. Blue Alpine GmbH is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us by using the request form or writing to our postal address.

Information you choose to share

When you request an introductory call, we collect your name, email address, company, selected area of interest and, if provided, your website and message. We record the time of submission and the version of this privacy notice you agreed to. Please do not include financial account details, identity documents, passwords or sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

We use these details to understand your request, respond to you, arrange a conversation and discuss a possible engagement. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing.

Storage and service providers

The website and its private inquiry database are hosted on a Hetzner server in Germany. Form details are also sent to our internal business mailbox through Namecheap Private Email to notify us of your request. These infrastructure providers process information as part of delivering hosting and email services; their processing locations may differ from Switzerland and Germany. We do not sell your information.

Technical information

Our web server records request times, requested paths, IP addresses and browser information for operation and troubleshooting. Access logs are rotated daily and retained for up to 14 days. We use temporary, in-memory request counters to limit abusive submissions. The website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served by this website.

Retention

Call requests in the website database are automatically deleted after 180 days. Email notifications and subsequent correspondence are retained as needed to respond to the request and maintain relevant business records. If a request leads to an engagement, relevant business records may be retained separately for the engagement and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission for further contact. Use the request form and describe your privacy request, or write to Blue Alpine GmbH at the address above. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
